Forest gnome

 Good morning

Friday again and another scheduled post from me.

I made this card a while ago but completely forgot to post it. It is yet another gnome card. I am beginning to think that this will be a theme for 2021.

The stamp is another of Francoise Reed's fabulous gnome stamps called forest gnome (from Woodware) which I have coloured with Spectrum Noir pens, Triblends and Illustrators - 

• hat - AP blend and YG blend
• gnome - AP blend, YG blend, IG1, IG2, IG4, FS blend and TN2
• toadstools - AP blend, MB blend and tan blend
• snail - tan blend and YG blend
• grass - YG blend
• sky - VB blend

I also used - 

• white stamping card (for the card base)
• First Edition's sweet owl paper pad
• pink gems from my stash

I haven't cover the whole card base with patterned papers. I was trying to experiment with leaving white space on my card (something I do usually do) and was quite pleased with the outcome.

Birthday butterflies

 Good morning and a very happy Wednesday to you all

A scheduled post from me to day. Hopefully my positive mental attitude from Monday is still alive and kicking!!

Here is today's crafty offering - 

For this card I have used - 

• white stamping card and matt black card
• Crafter's Companion collage set - let your spirits soar
• Distress Oxides - picked raspberry, mustard seed and peacock feathers
• pearl flourish from my stash

I used the Distress Oxides to paint the butterfly.

I used scissors to roughen the edges of the card stock.

Happy Birthday

 Hello

Monday again. These weekends don't last long do they? I  am feeling very positive as we head into this week as I had my Covid vaccine on Friday night. And with only slight side effects which only lasted a day. All very positive indeed.

And now onto the crafty side of life.

Mother's Day triple easel

For this card I have used - 

• white stamping card
• lilac and brown centura pearl
• Aall & Create hexagonal stem stamp
• Distress oxides - shaded violet, cracked psitachio and mermaid lagoon
• pinecone Versafine Clair
• Chloe's Creative Cards sentiment borders stamp and die set
• sentiment from Chloe's Creative Cards box kit 5 

I stamped the stamp with Distress Oxides first and sprayed with a little water. Then, when dry I over stamped with the Versafine Clair.

Mother's day wishes

 Good morning folks

And a very happy Mothering Sunday. A quick post from me today, sharing a card I made for my mum - 

My mum loves Hunkydory cards so I made this zed fold card for her.

For this card I have used - 

• Hunkydory poppy wishes - pretty poppies card kit and insert
• silver mirri card
• silver gems

This is the first time I have made a zed fold card and was pleased with the results.

Today's card is one I made for a friend. When I saw this brilliant little stamp from Janet Klein I knew it would be perfect - 

So this little cutie is curly girl from Aall & Create designed by Janet Klein and I have coloured her with Copic pens -

Another journal page

I have been working on my journal again and this is the result - 

This started with me messing about with the totally triangular stencil and just sort of grew into a tree. The two cats remind me of my cats I had many years ago who would sit for hours watching the birds in the tree.

Amethyst flowers

 Good morning

How are we all? I can't believe a week has past by so quickly. Once again the sun is shining but I am busy in my craftroom today. I have a number of projects to get finished today all of which I can share with you soon.
