Bunni love

Good afternoon

Happy Saturday to you all. It has just started to rain here so I am glad to be tucked up nice and snug in my craft room. The challenge at In The Pink is punches and die cuts which is right up my street. Here is my card for the challenge -
I began with a piece of pink core'dinations cardstock which I embossed along the bottom with a hearts M-bossabilities embossing folder (from Spellbinders). I then sanded it back to reveal the core and attached it to a 8 inch card blank. I punched a piece of pink hearts paper from LOTV Bonnets and bowties paper pad with an EK success border punch, then wrapped some pink ribbon (from my stash) around the paper and attached it to the card base. The image is called Bebunni hearts from Crafter's Companion's Bebunni range which I coloured with the following Spectrum Noirs -
  • bunny - BGR1, BGR2, BGR3, PP1 and blender
  • hearts - PP2, PP6, BP3, BP4, BP5, BP6 and BP7
  • sky - IB1
  • shadow - IG1
I added some glitter to the spotty heart. I then cut the image out using Spellbinder's Labels 11 and inked whilst still in the die with spun sugar distress ink. I matted it onto Spellbinder's Decorative labels 8 cut from pink core'dinations and attached the image to the card using foam pads.
To finish I punched some flowers using a Martha Stewart punch, layered them up, added some pink pearls (I coloured cream pearls with BP7 spectrum pen so they matched the rest of the card) and attached them along the bottom of the card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge -

Thank you for stopping by

Lesley
