Something new

Hello folks

It's Friday so that means a new challenge at Winter Wonderland. This week we would like to see you projects that feature something new. This could be new home, new baby even something new you have bought. Our sponser this week is

For my card I have choosen to use Mama kisses for my card -
I printed the digi onto Neenah Crest card and coloured the image with my Spectrum Noir pens -

  • hair - TN7, TN8, EB8 and blender
  • skin - FS2, FS3 and TN2
  • baby - PP1, FS2, FS3, GB1, GB2 and GB6
  • flowers - HB1, HB3, DG1 and DG2
  • sky - IB1

The other ingredients used were -

  • Mulberry kisses paper pad from First Edition
  • Tonic layering squares
  • Die-namics stitched circle STAX
  • Tattered Lace blooms
  • white satin ribbon coloured with HB3
  • pearls from my stash
  • sentiment from Bebunni's New Arrival stamp set from Crafters Companion

Flowers made with a new die set called Blooms from Tattered Lace.
The border is also from the Blooms die set.
So why not join in the fun this week at Winter Wonderland (your projects do NOT have to be Christmas based in January and February). Pop over to the website and see what my fellow teamies have made for this week's challenge.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge -
http://www.ribbongirls.blogspot.co.uk - January any image challenge

I would just like to say a big thank you for all your kind wishes for my hubby. Unfortunately he had to spend another day in A and E at the weekend and after extensive tests the medics are still unable to pinpoint what the problem is. They are proposing more tests over the next few weeks to see what they can find. So I am afraid my crafting is on the backburner for the foreseeable future. I will continue to honour my DT commitments but I am afraid that my blogging will be a little hit and miss.

Thank you for stopping by

Lesley

  8. Hi again Lesley, just popped over in answer to your followers question.

A few weeks back there was an announcement from Blogger that they were removing followers who didn't use a Google accounts to follow blogs and since 19th December lots of us have seen numbers decreasing. I have lost almost 200 now, the challenges I run have also suffered, Allsorts for example has lost about 60, last night alone it lost 31 followers.

I just don't know why they have to keep fiddling with things, if it's not broken why the devil try and mend it.
