Fairy sew

Good morning folks

Happy Sunday to you all. It is rather damp here this morning after a beautiful day yesterday. I am looking forward to the heatwave we are promised next week here in the UK, I hope it lives up to all the media hype.
Today's card features a cute stamp from Penny Black called Stitches which is perfect for this months challenge at Penny Black and More.
I stamped the image onto Neenah card and coloured it with the following Spectrum Noir pencils -
  • skin - 004, 005, 009 and 089
  • hair - 0091, 095 and 097
  • wings and clothes - 031, 036 and 041
  • sky - 065
  • needle - 112 and 117
  • ground - 112
The other ingredients used were -
  • First Edition's The promise paper pad
  • Die-namics stitched circle stax
  • Marianne Creatables button flower die
  • Die'sire Bebunni border die
  • Spellbinder's Grand Decorative circles die and butterfly die
  • sentiment from LOTV's sentiments to fit scroll stamp set
  • ribbon from the Ribbon Girls
  • pearls from my stash

The sentiment
I cut the butterflies twice, once in the grey and once in the pink and then layered them up before attaching to the card and shaping.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
http://fantasystampers.blogspot.co.uk - your favourite colour (has to be pink every time)

Thank you for stopping by
