Makey Bakey Christmas

Hello

The challenge at Allsorts is Treemendous. Here is my card fro the challenge -

I made the card base using a new die (to me) from a company called Go Kreate and is called XXL square frames frilly #2 and white centura pearl. I matted and layered the card base with gold mirriboard and a piece of red cardstock from a Boofle paper pad. The image I have used is from Crafter's companion's Makey Bakey mice collection and is called Makey Bakey Christmas. I have coloured it with the following Spectrum Noirs -

  • mice - TN1, TN4, TN5, TN7 and CR1
  • hat - DR2, DR4, DR6, BGR1 and BGR2
  • trees - DG2, DG3 and DG4
  • holly - CG3, DG3, DG4 and DR7
  • snow - GG2
  • stars - GB3
I added some glitter to the fluff on the hats. I cut the image out using Spellbinder's romantic rectangles, inked whilst still in the die with tumbled glass distress ink and then matted the image onto another romantic rectangle cut from green card from the Boffle paper pad. I added a tree cut using a MB die and gold mirriboard. To finish I added some dew drops to the holly and some gold and red gems to the corners (all from the Ribbon Girl).

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge -
