One for the boys

Good evening everyone

The Magnolia challenge at the Ribbon Girl is "One for the boys" so here is my creation -

The image is called Game on Edwin and has been coloured with the following Promarkers -

  • hair - henna
  • skin - ivory, blush and satin
  • jumper - poppy red and berry red
  • trousers - aegan, french navy and sunflower
  • hat and boots - sunflower, gold, berry red, ice grey 3 and ice grey 4
  • gloves - ice grey 1
I cut the image out with scissors and matted it onto a piece of red card. I then matted a piece of spotty paper from Papermania Capsule spots and stripes collection onto red card and then cut various sizes of other papers from the same collection and matted them again onto red card. I arranged these onto the card base as shown. I cut some stars using a Xcut die and some yellow card and attached them onto the card base.

I then attached the image with foam pads to add dimension. To finish I stamped a sentiment using black and red ink and a LOTV Mixed circular sentiments (set 9) which I then cut using a circular nestie. I then matted it onto a scalloped circle nestie.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge -
